No — and we’re clear about that everywhere. PokerDealer trains you to deal to a professional standard and prepares you for a casino audition and for state licensing where it’s required. It is not itself a gaming licence, and we’re not affiliated with the WSOP, the TDA or any casino.

Each tier has its own certificate — Foundation, Professional, Tournament and Career Dealer. You earn a tier’s certificate by passing the exam on every course in that tier. They appear on your dashboard as you complete them, and anyone can check one at /verify using its code.

They stack. Foundation is the box and a clean Hold’em game; Professional adds every variant and the math; Tournament adds the floor, the clock and the TDA rulebook; Career adds the soft skills, the audition prep, a physical mailed certificate and a listing in the dealer directory. Each tier includes everything below it.

Yes, on the Career tier. When you complete it you can claim a printed certificate mailed to you, plus an opt-in listing in the public dealer directory. The other tiers are digital certificates.

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t completed a tier or claimed a certificate. Open a ticket with your order and we’ll sort it.
