Refund Policy

1The short version

Tiers are one-time purchases and access is delivered instantly. We still want you satisfied, so we offer a goodwill refund window on the terms below.

214-day satisfaction window

You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you haven’t already earned a certificate for that tier or substantially completed its courses. Ask us and we’ll sort it out.

3What isn’t refundable

A tier once you’ve passed its exam or claimed its certificate, and the Career tier’s physical certificate once it has been mailed. These reflect value already delivered.

4How to request one

Email [email protected] from your account address with your order details, and we’ll confirm.

5How refunds are processed

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (via Stripe), usually within 5–10 working days.

6Your statutory rights

Nothing here affects your rights under UK consumer law. If a course is faulty or not as described, contact us and we’ll put it right.
